Can't leave the two alone!

This is what happens when I leave the two of them alone. Ella has decided to play a new game and try "falling" off of the fireplace and then using the sofa to catch herself. This time she missed and feel right on her face. The picture really doesn't do it justice, it looks terrible in person. I need to take her for a check up soon, but I am afraid they will wonder what is going on at our house!

And for those of you following my laundry room saga...
After replacing the door, we had to retexture, so we decided we might as well paint the walls, and the cabinets and replace the trim! My house is such a mess, I feel like I can't get control. I hope by next weekend I will have some before and after pictures.

Houston, we have poo poo!!

Ella made her very first poo-poo in the potty tonight! I knew I had reached a new stage in my life when poop made me so excited. She went both tee-tee and poo-poo tonight, both times, all by herself. I didn't even have to suggest it at all. She has had one accident tonight, but we are making progress.

I also snapped a new pic of my anemone.

Anemones, Corals and Potty Training...

I was so excited about the new additions to my salt tank, I had to share! The little guys are still in shock so they are not fluttering the best but here are a few pics, I will try to get better ones later. I also got a great new anemone! As a bonus, we seem to have picked up a couple of new plants with the coral. We finally got better lights for the tank which enabled us to get more variety. I also included a picture of Banana, my yellow tang. Tomato, my clownfish is shown below too! They have been in there for about 4 years with nothing good to look at but a few damsels and rocks, so they are excited about their new tankmates! They will need a few days to settle in, but I am soooo excited about them!

Now, on to our other news. EJ went potty tonight and it was great. We have been regressing lately and it has been rough, perhaps we are making some progress now! I included a pick of the celebration!

You may be wondering what I have chosen to do with the final days of my winter break...

1. Install a new door to the garage(this was necessary.) See fabulous pics of what I found when I went to the kitchen today.
2. Ignore the weird yellow laundry room paint, (see future projects section)
2. Completely rearrange my bedroom, requiring dear husband to run a new cable outlet through the bedroom wall so I could move the armoire, and rehang all the pictures and take our bed apart.
3. Paint the master bath, along with hanging new vanity lights and mirrors and replacing the shower curtain.

Oh, and if you are wondering, none of the above mentioned projects are completed as of this moment. We still haven't picked new vanity lights.

What I plan to do with my Spring Break...

1. Paint weird yellow laundry room.
2. Paint kitchen and laundry room cabinets.
3. Replace countertops.


I have very ambitious hopes, let's just see if dear husband plays along. :)
